Returns Policy

NO EXCHANGE AND RETURNS AND REFUND Due to the nature of our products, we will not be able to accept returns/exchange or refund, unless we had sent you a defective/incorrect item. The customer shall bear responsibility for the promotional or non-promotional price at which they bought the item at. Any request for returns or exchanges due to differences in promotional/non-promotional price and the current pricing will not be allowed. The customer shall bear responsibility for the items which they have purchased. We will not accept returns due to a change of mind. Terms and Conditions:
1. Our delivery timing is Monday-Friday (9am-5pm), please do not request any timing out of our delivery timing.
2. Every order will be processed between 2-4 working days. (Monday-Friday) or extended to 7 days during promotion period due to high volume of orders.
Shipping Fees:
-Total amount of $29.99 and below, shipping fee of $5.99 applies.
-Total amount between $30.00 to $64.99, shipping fee of $3.99 applies.
-Total amount of $65.00 and above, free shipping applies.
3. In the event that the customer requests that the item(s) is to be left outside the door or riser, seller will not be held responsible for any damage or missing of the item.
