NO EXCHANGE AND RETURNS AND REFUND Due to the nature of our products, we will not be able to accept returns/exchange or refund, unless we had sent you a defective/incorrect item. The customer shall bear responsibility for the promotional or non-promotional price at which they bought the item at. Any request for returns or exchanges due to differences in promotional/non-promotional price and the current pricing will not be allowed. 1. Our delivery timing is Monday-Friday (9am-5pm), please do not request any timing out of our delivery timing.
2. Every order will be processed between 2-4 working days. (Monday-Friday) or extended to 7 days during promotion period due to high volume of orders.
