Refund policy
NO EXCHANGE AND RETURNS AND REFUND
Due to the nature of our products, we will not be able to accept returns/exchange or refund, unless we had sent you a defective/incorrect item. The customer shall bear responsibility for the promotional or non-promotional price at which they bought the item at. Any request for returns or exchanges due to differences in promotional/non-promotional price and the current pricing will not be allowed. The customer shall bear responsibility for the items which they have purchased. We will not accept returns due to a change of mind.
We apologise for any inconvenience cause if we had sent you a defective/ incorrect item. Please email us at enquiry@scanpap.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note that we will only proceed if the following conditions are met: The item was purchased directly from us
We are contacted by the customer within 7 days of the delivery of the items The original packaging of the items remains intact, unaltered and unused.
