NO EXCHANGE AND RETURNS AND REFUND Due to the nature of our products, we will not be able to accept returns/exchange or refund, unless we had sent you a defective/incorrect item. 2. Every order will be processed between 2-4 working days. (Monday-Friday) or extended to 7 days during promotion period due to high volume of orders.
